Leah M. Briick founded Briick by Briick Consulting  in 2012 out of a personal desire to assist businesses and individuals achieve more from their organizations and lives.  Using her thorough understanding of addiction treatment, and a passion for personal excellence, she is committed to helping others reach their goals.  Since 1986, Ms. Briick has been driven by the need to make a difference in the treatment industry.  She began her career as a certified therapist for Cottonwood de Tucson and has worked for premier treatment centers across the country in roles ranging all the way to Chief Executive Officer.  In her positions she was able to leverage her skills to support professionals in their quest to learn more, dig deeper, and be better. It is because of this journey that she is able to provide concierge and customizable services to those in need.  Her experience and knowledge covers a broad spectrum.  From operations to executive mentorship, Ms. Briick is ready to help.

Even in todays modern work environment women can have difficulty reaching the highest levels of leadership. This is something Ms. Briick has experienced first hand. It is because of these experiences that Ms. Briick mentors other women to achieve their personal best.  She has a deep desire to help others achieve long range goals and build a dream career. Research shows that women who are engaged in leadership development have higher success rates in their career growth (Clarke, 2011). Her research on gender roles and career advancement in the addiction field has spurred her passion to make a difference in the lives of other women. Her interest is in the impact of gender on leadership and the effect to career development.

Ms. Briick holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona, and a Masters in Business Administration with a specialty in marketing.  She is currently in the dissertation phase of her PhD in Health Care Administration from Capella University.
